If you have hypertension be careful when traveling. Patients are very sensitive to motion acceleration, deceleration, up and down and swinging.

Movements that are often encountered during the trip was everything can cause airsickness. Dizziness nausea and vomiting will come.

Keep in mind if you travel should always look at health conditions to help maintain blood pressure along the way. If you travel a lot and for a long time do not forget to consult your doctor.
Here are tips to consider before and during the trip:

1. Prepare medications that are important to you in a bag small bag or purse within easy reach.

2.  Keep records or medical records containing details of treatment you use, and emergency contact numbers at the top of your bag is unlocked.

3.  Get a good enough on the night before the trip.

4.  Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration and avoid foods that contain caffeine, such as tea, coffee and soft drinks.

5.  Sit relax, think positive and try to always be cheerful.
