He

In the dissertation research it does, the Fiastuti examined 60 women, obesity are divided into three groups eating patterns. As a result, those who have a diet high in protein are likely to be less hungry so that fewer caloric content.
"According to nutritional adequacy, should we consume protein 15-20 percent of total calories. For those who like to dieting can apply the higher amount of calories again which is about 40 percent, "he said.
A Diet high in protein can be applied by consuming high protein milk, egg whites, or fish. "For easy side dishes, we are consuming higher than carbs," he explained.
Added by him, a diet high in protein will be more effective if combined with fiber. "Don't forget to put the vegetables and fruit in the diet," he said.
Even
so, Fiastuti suggested that a diet high in protein is applied at a time
to eat, for example at breakfast or when we're going to overtime at the
Office. Thus we are not tempted to excessive snacking.
"Not recommended to go on a diet high in protein continuously because it could cause us to nutritional deficiencies," said him.
